Midland Game Fair
The Venue
The stunning buildings boast as much character as any English castle and the history contains as many stories as any royal home; Weston is surely the most welcoming of all stately homes.
It does not take long for visitors to realise that Weston is a remarkable house set in stunning grounds. At every corner, echoes of different eras call out. This is a house with a rich history that has proved an important landmark in the area dating right back to the time the land was first mentioned in the Domesday Book.
From the building of the present house in the 17th century and the landscaping of the gardens by ‘Capability’ Brown right through to hosting the G8 Summit of 1998, the story of Weston is beguiling and enthralling.
Weston Park is situated on the A5 at Weston-under-Lizard, 30 minutes from central Birmingham. Motorway access is excellent, from both the M54 (Junction 3) and the M6 (Junction 12).
