Fitness First sponsor the Lifestyle Zone at Northamptonshire’s Premier Family Event

Fitness First have announced their sponsorship of the Lifestyle Zone at the forthcoming Kelmarsh Family Festival. The Lifestyle Zone offers visitors to the Kelmarsh Family Festival the perfect opportunity to find out all the information you need on a wide variety of lifestyle choices.

To celebrate the launch of the Kelmarsh Family Festival, Fitness First will be offering a £55 reduction on their joining fee to visitors who join on the day. Visit them in the Lifestyle Zone and try out the ‘mini’ gym and join Fitness First Northampton for just £10.

The Fitness First ‘mini’ gym will take centre stage in the Lifestyle Zone where instructors and nutritionists will be on hand throughout the day offering advice and guidance on a wide variety of health questions including; the best way to improve your fitness, how to lose weight healthily and eating a balanced diet. Demonstrations on a variety of classes that Northampton’s branch of Fitness First has to offer will take place on each day of the event, along with a wide selection of different exercise machines which visitors can try out.

All the family will enjoy a whole weekend of fun at the Family Festival on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of August at Kelmarsh Hall, Northamptonshire. The Fitness First Lifestyle Zone complements six other zones on offer, the E.ON Green Zone, the Adrenaline Zone, the Countryside Zone, the Activity Zone, the Kidz Zone and the Recharge Zone.
